Disappointing and Misleading The hotel is 20 minutes from the mosque, through unsafe, poorly maintained streets that feel like a labyrinth. Because of this, my wife and children could not go outside alone. We were constantly stressed about reaching the prayers on time. The location and marketing of the hotel are misleading. After arrival, no refund was offered. The price is at least three times higher than the real value. Not recommended.

Exceptional cleanliness and very helpful staff! The only downside is the distance to Masjid e Nabawi due to construction. It’s too far to walk, so a shuttle or bus service would be a fantastic.

I enjoyed my stay at Madinah Aram hotel. My room was very clean and all the staff are extremely kind and helpful! Thank you to Hussein the receptionist who was very kind and extra heplful to me. I only wish they allowed me stay in the room for 2-3 more hours because my flight was at 9 pm and they made me check out at 2 pm!

Good for the price, 20 mins walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. Situated in the middle of many Pakistani restaurants and local souvenir shops.

This is a well kept hotel located in a good location with food, provisions and fruits readily available for purchas. Hotel is however sone 15 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi. When staying at this hotel, be sure to arrange for drop-off at Masjid Nabawi.
