Al Mokhtara Almasi Hotel

I don’t know how this hotel has 8.3/10, the lack of cleanliness and presentation is crazy. Bedsheets had all sorts of stains, I found hairs on the my sheets and the state of the bathroom was horrible. I wish I had done further research about this hotel before booking my trip to Medinah. The ONLY positive in my opinion is the location.

The place is really excellent and very close to Gate 310 of Masjid an-Nabawi.

Very kind personal of the reception, clean and comfortable, very near to the haram nabawi, view of the Masdjid ghamama and abi backr… Only the morning it’s very noise down cause of the buses I recommend to the hotel to put notifications all clients should maintain silence in the different levels and in the rooms, because some rooms are very noisy

They need to upgrade their bathrooms they are old and outdated Location is good Service is good

Unfortunately as a Muslim going to medina to worship and visit the prophet PBUH and going to this hotel is despicable. The prophet PBUH said cleanliness is half of our faith and this hotel was absolutely filthy! The bathroom was like a prison cell extremely tight for anyone to relax on the toilet and the walls ceiling and shower head were absolutely rotten. Beds were severely itchy and had marks all over them! Also very uncomfortable for the price it is a joke! This is a one star hotel at best and the only half decent thing is the location! Please do not come to this place if you want to feel good and healthy for ibadah. Asalaamualaykum.
