Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered such a truly bad hotel experience. They charged me 300 riyals for being an hour late, and their excuse was, 'If the hotel wasn't busy, we wouldn't have charged you.' I really don't recommend this place; the service is truly awful. It's the first time a staff member has told me that I checked out at 2 PM and it was recorded in the system, even though I was actually still in the room. It's baffling because if I had checked out, I would have left! Seriously, I do not recommend it; the service is worse than bad. May God be my witness and protector.

Nothing special, just another hotel close to the ladies gate Masjid Nabawi. Despite the steep price, the room fittings quality is decent and it doesnt even have a nice view. Not sure if we would consider staying at this hotel again.

Hotel was okay, it is near to gate of masjid nabawi.. Placed in the 14 floor, the room has noise all the time, report it to the staff but no action followed up.. only location is good anything else okay an the room was bad..

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the women's entrance. It's clean, but could use a bit more attention to detail. Service was slow.
