The hotel is beautiful and the reception staff are quite helpful. The location is close to the Haram, and the buffet at the hotel is very diverse. I think everything is well-organized except for the area in front of the hotel, which needs more tidying up.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was small but very cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s only a 2–4 minute walk to the Haram (Gate 326), which made everything very convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with excellent service. I would be happy to stay here again.

The location is very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, specifically Gate 267. The food options are also very well-suited to the Indonesian palate. ************* We got a room upgrade and a late check-out. The only downside was that a couple of the cleaning staff didn't clean the room when I asked them to.

We chose this hotel because all other hotels were fully booked. It's quite difficult to find a room for a family with two toddlers and one infant. Would I choose this hotel again? Definitely not if there's a better alternative. However, if someone is looking for an affordable hotel within walking distance (even for kids), this could be an option. By the way, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We did have dinner once, and unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend that either.

We had a very pleasant 2-day stay here with my mother. The location is close to the Haram, and the entire facility is clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to the reception team—both the lady and gentlemen were exceptionally humble, welcoming, and helpful. The onground staff including the cleaning staff was really great at their work, with nice smiles. Staff at this hotel are excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah! ❤️
