The room is spacious for us (4 pax). The housekeeping came everyday to clean our room. The hotel is so close to Rawda.

Was placed in c block which was away from all amenities, really sad as they would not give a refund for us to move on to another hotel!

This is an ideal location as Masjid e Nabwi is just 3 mins away. There are many restaurants nearby and almost all of them serve good food. The rooms are pretty spacious but lighting is too dull. Also the phone in my room was not working which was later fixed by the hotel staff. The king size mattress was not comfortable, seems like it requires replacement. I also hope that they will replace their existing refrigerator with the new one as it was not working well or may be moving it out of cupboard will help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as my main focus was to have easy access of Masjid e Nabwi.

Overall a gd stay. Breakfast with view We managed to check in early as we reached in the morning. Room was spacious for 4 pax but a bit dark..some lamps are spoilt and need a change of bulbs. We went in sep and it was quite a walk to Masjid Nabawi for the first time as it was abit warm. It gets easier as the days goes by. A bit further for Ladies Gate. Breakfast is gd and the food is served on 2 floors. The uppper floor has a beautiful view of Masjid Nabawi. Love the fresh fig. .

Hotel is great in everything from reception to the pallman but in need for maintenance specially bathroom and housekeeping was very slow

They gave us a different type of room than what we booked and paid for it and this was not fair we kept asking for our room but no response.

The worst hotel and service you can fine here , third class hotel woth dirty rooms and no amenities and rude staff even if you pay triple the price you are nothing to them , their staff is really pathetic also the hotel

It sounds like the Pullman Zamzam Madina hotel offers spacious rooms with a chance of free upgrades, which is great. Being near Masjid al-Nabawi is definitely a plus for many travelers. Affordable food prices and good food are also important factors for a comfortable stay. However, since it's an older property and tends to be busy, it might not suit everyone's preferences. Overall, it seems like a decent option for those visiting Medina on a budget.

All is acceptable. The hotel location is excellent however, the access to female visitors gate is not near to this hotel. The room is wide and comfortable but bathrooms can definetly get some improvements or rennovated.
