Good hotel but you need to ou the parking, 70 sat per night you should take it in consideration before your book

Very satisfied , big room , clean , good staff , closest Hotel to Masjid ul Nabavi , Insha Allah will come again.

My family and I decided to stay at Pullman Zamzam Medina because it’s very close to reach Haram area (Nabawi Mosque). Besides, its location is more calm and peaceful compared to the northern area of Nabawi. The room is quiet spacious for 4 people with great amenities and services.

I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

Everything was great except the car parking fees of SAR 200 for two nights, which is very expensive!

Incredible location , stayed here last 10 days of ramadan and it was right outside the main gate ＞ gate #1 prophet mohammed swt . Extraordinary

Great room spacious room. Had to call for it to be cleaned because I think they were short staffed ! Due to Ramadan the service was also very slow for room service but I think that is to be expected. We got the view of Bilal Masjid which was nice. It’s also walking distance to the Bilal Masjid which has a lot of shops surrounding it, so you can easily shop there. Overall good experience close to the mosque and that’s what we needed.

Clean room and spacious room. Enjoyed stay here and will come again next time. Staff friendly
