Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The bedrooms have all been modernised which was an amazing bonus. I have been coming here for 5 years and this hotel and staff get better each time I can't recommend this hotel enough wheter you are travelling alone or with family

Best hotel, the place is clean people are kind and helpful food was perfect hotel was right next to the masjed perfect view and fetar and sehour time were perf for anyone who comes early or late Chef was so welcoming.

The Oberoi Madinah always provides exceptional service. Staff at check in, cleaning staff and at the restaurant are all top notch. Location is one of the best in Madinah. Well done to the team from Oberoi Madinah.

The service good all staff ok nice I stay out guest stay madinah many hotels but the hotel good one issues noice cans sleeping issue the area going contraction no Amy other complain. Near Haram ok. All shopping ok. I hope the issuse finish soon thanks

Excellent food and service at the Oberoi restaurant in Madina. Special thanks to Abdelsattar, Salim, Iqbal, Tarek for going out of their way to provide a wonderful experience - including preparing a special order of butter chicken naan. The rooms were also spacious and the staff were ever-ready to be of service.

Amazing experience at the Oberoi, Madina. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it is conveniently located next Masjid Nabawi. Special thanks to the restaurant staff - Leon, Tarek, Salam, Iqbal, Abdelsattar and manager Mohamed Abdul Monem. Would definitely recommend others to stay here the next time they are staying at Madina.

The staff is kind and welcoming. The rooms clean and proper. Bed is comfy. Room is well lit and warm. The food is lovely and staff for meals are very attentive. Mr.Kiyas and Asman and team for dinner on 7th March thank you from Shahidah travels.

Thr staff in restaurant alasar are very helpful in attending to our needs and the hospitality here are top notch,we feel like we were treated like royalty and few of the staff i would compliment is abdel sattar, mohamed abdul monem, iqbal, leon,salim and few other staff
