InsyaALLAH all excellent, but only one very bad many people smoking area hotel, like indonesian always smoking.

The experience was not great, the hotel had 8 lifts and only 4 were functioning properly. During the busy periods accessing the lift was inconvenient, it was always full and would go to different floors before reaching the ground floor. The staff members on reception were not very helpful, the shower facilities was not great, the water would go everywhere in the bathroom from using the shower. It was located reasonably to the masjid and shops nearby.

I really enjoy the stay. Cross the street twice then we arrive at 338 gate. Hotel is spacious for quadruple. There were 6 elevators, and quite fast. Close to restaurant and shopping stores.

Overall good hotel value for money. Location was very close to Masjid Nabawi, like 3-5 minutes walk to King Fahd gate no. 21 for men and 23 for women. There were 6 lifts so the waiting time was minimum. Restaurant option was there and a Pakistani restaurant was back of the hotel. Taxis were readily available aswell. However, little bit cleaning issue was there but we get what we paid for.
