The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich and delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff are enthusiastic, professional, and respond quickly. Getting around is convenient, as it's close to the mosque, and the free shuttle service is very handy. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Al Madinah!"

"I' ve been staying here for three days. It's enough staying this hotel. Our rooms never clean up! Already ask the housekeeping who cleaning beside my rooms. He said Later..but never cleaning it. The room was old and stingy. Smells bad. The room was narrow. But location is good.near 17door of nabawi mosque. The bathroom was smells bad and dirty. Not recommended at all.."
