The room was nice, although the shower was grubby and smelt unpleasant, the facilities were good, nice hot springs and a warm outdoor swimming pool which was amazing! Hotel had free snacks available all day and gave lots of fruit on both days plus free soda, so great customer care, which is appreciated. However, the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, and there isn’t much around there to see, except the hike up Mount Taibai. No-one at the hotel speaks English but translator was sufficient. There is a movie theatre in the hotel which was very comfortable and an enjoyable experience. Massage also available. Huge selection at breakfast although not many guests, hopefully not wasted and eaten by staff. The staff around the hot springs were super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant two nights because of the kind staff and endless amount of fruits! Not the best hotel but no regrets in staying there.

The hot spring downstairs was very dirty with murky water, with faint smell of urine. There was nowhere to rinse yourself in the hot spring area as the cleaner put all their cleaning products in the shower room. Breakfast was typical Chinese and mediocre. The private hot spring in the room was nice and much cleaner. Room was clean enough but amenities are limited.

Everything is new, started operation 2023. Bed was very comfortable, clean, room service was excellent. Within walking distance to entrance of tai bai shan. Good for family.

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

Very nice hotel, good for family trip. All hotel staff are very friendly and nice, they take care of my child and my parents. The room is very clean. Breakfast provides all kinds of food and dishes are delicious. Overall, this hotel is great, I would come back again.

A surprising hotel with new facilities and large rooms. It was very pleasant to soak in the hot springs during the off-season. The breakfast was also good. The service staff at the hotel front desk and the hot spring area were very enthusiastic and spoke in a gentle voice. I was very satisfied.

I came here during the off-peak tourist season. The experience was very good. The environment was very good, the service attitude was also very good, and a small fruit plate was given as a gift. The hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, which is very suitable for children to play. The facilities inside are very complete, including a cinema, entertainment area, playground, book bar, restaurant, gym, etc. Two days and one night are perfect. Good reviews! I will come to Qilin Mansion again next time!

For the May Day trip to Taibai Mountain, Qilin Mansion saved my mood (I had booked Taibai Meihao Lizhi Hotel 10 days in advance, but I was furious when communicating with her and almost cancelled the trip to Taibai. My previous slogan of choosing Meihao as the first choice for business trips was severely slapped in the face. I will tell you more about the details when I have the chance. In short, I will never go to Taibai Mountain Meihao Lizhi Hotel again in this lifetime. The biggest problem with changing hotels at the last minute is that the price is too high. Thanks to the customer service lady of Ctrip who understood my situation and mood and gave me the biggest subsidy, which reduced my cost. Thank you very much!). Back to the point, we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 in the afternoon. It was drizzling. There were 3 or 4 security guards holding umbrellas at the entrance of the hotel to help direct parking and hold umbrellas. Their attitude was very good 👍. After checking in, we entered the room (a parent-child room booked by a family of three). The room was large enough, the bathtub was deep and clean, and there was a tent next to it. It felt very good. After checking the time, we quickly changed clothes and went to the hot spring (accommodating guests can soak in the hot spring an unlimited number of times). The hot spring has two major indoor and outdoor areas. It was drizzling and the outdoor area felt beautiful. Although it was the May Day holiday, we could basically find empty pools outdoors, which had both beautiful scenery and a certain degree of privacy. We took a red wine bath and an angelica bath, and took a bunch of beautiful photos of the baby. By the way, there is also a swimming pool outdoors for swimming. The indoor pool is a large pool with massages of various water currents. The water bar has self-service fruits and unlimited drinks. We also played three games of billiards with a temporary opponent (1 win and 2 losses 😂). In short, I give the hot spring 5 points. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast impressed me the most. It is no exaggeration to say that it is comparable to the standard of a 5-star hotel, comparable to Sheraton. I just don't know if it is of this standard on weekdays. If it is, it would be quite amazing. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive, but the hotels around the scenic area are not cheap during the short holiday! That's all.

I chose this hot spring hotel for a family trip during the holiday. The experience was very good. The room was spacious, clean and sanitary. There was a hot spring in the hotel, which was very convenient for playing in the water and soaking in the hot spring. The roses in the yard were big and fragrant, and there were three peacocks. You can eat in the restaurant when you are tired. The food is a la carte, the dishes are large and the taste is good. I will come back to play if I have the chance.

The hotel is very big, I thought it would be crowded, but it was not crowded even with so many people on May Day. Great value for money. I booked a twin room with two 1.8-meter beds. It was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was very spacious. You can play in the hotel for a whole day. The children were very happy. You can take a hot spring bath with unlimited access. There is an indoor naughty castle. If you are lucky, you can take a private bath. It is too cool. The fruit is delicious and the breakfast is rich. In short, I am very satisfied and will come again~

The hotel service is too bad, especially the receptionist and the restaurant receptionist, who was still playing with his phone while working (picture below). There is also an elderly security guard whose words are incomprehensible. The breakfast provided may be a northern style, but it looks unappetizing (picture below). Overall, it was a very satisfying off-peak trip. There are many indoor hot spring recreational facilities, including massage facilities. The outdoor hot springs were almost half empty, the water was very clean, and staff were constantly disinfecting and changing the water. Only two children took turns playing the water slide. And the hot springs are unlimited. After soaking on the first day of check-in, we went to soak in many pools early the next morning. Although I booked a private hot spring room, I didn't soak in the private hot springs much in the end. In short, the experience was very good.
