Moshu Homestay (Meishan East Station & Sansu Temple Branch)

The B&B has a lovely environment, with a courtyard, terrace, and plants, which my child absolutely loved. Inside, there's a projector for watching movies. It's not far from the train station or the Sansu Temple, and the owner even offered a pick-up service, which was super convenient.

I travel a lot for work and rarely leave reviews with photos anymore, but this place truly amazed me. The location is quiet and a bit hard to find; I think my navigation might have glitched that day because I couldn't locate it initially. The owner actually came out to meet me. The courtyard is beautiful, and every item and scene shows incredible attention to detail. When the owner found out I wanted to burn incense, he even shared his own with me, which was very kind. The guesthouse has a small courtyard with a tea room. I arrived too late to have tea, but judging by the style of the tea caddies, there must be excellent tea available. I especially have to praise the 'chaoshou' (Sichuan-style wontons)! They are absolutely the best 'chaoshou' I've had in the entire Sichuan region – the soup is fresh and not spicy, the skin is thin, the meat is tender, and even the wonton wrappers are soft. If I didn't already have my flight booked, I would have loved to stay a couple more days. If you're coming to Meishan, you absolutely have to stay here! It's worth it even just for the 'chaoshou'.

The hotel seems to be a renovated old house located in the old town. The courtyard is nicely designed and great for photos, but not really somewhere you can relax and enjoy. I heard the afternoon tea and snacks are good, but I didn't get to try them. There were a lot of non-guests in the parking area, and even in the upstairs lounge and restaurant, which made it feel quite noisy. I'm not sure what they were doing there. The room itself was very small, and the showerhead was quite difficult to use.

Very comfortable and clean, the landlady is super nice. I highly recommend staying here, and the price is good too.

This guesthouse has a great ambiance, and it's very quiet at night, so you can get a really good rest. The disposable towels are a nice touch! ❤️ The breakfast was also delicious 😋 I highly recommend this place for travelers~

The environment is amazing, seriously! The courtyard is so beautiful! The owner is really thoughtful; there are travel guides in the room, and they even offered to drive us to attractions and the high-speed rail station (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵). Breakfast was delicious! One night, we came back after 10 PM and the owner even brewed us some tea, which was delicious ^^ The snacks were tasty too ^^ And finally, Xiao Mi (the cat) is just too cute, so here are a few more pictures! 🥰

The facilities are complete, clean, and the environment is beautiful. It's quiet yet centrally located. The service is excellent, and parking is convenient. It's very close to Sansu Temple and Meizhou Dongpo Restaurant, where we got to try Dongpo pork knuckle, Meizhou pickles, and Jidouhua (chicken tofu pudding)...
