Atour Hotel (Yingbin Avenue, Pengshan North Railway Station, Meishan

This is the most bizarre Atour hotel I've ever stayed at. The windows of the room facing the street were completely covered in paper, making it feel like staying in a dark room. The soundproofing was also terrible. The front desk staff were unhelpful and showed very little familiarity with their duties. Don't you guys provide any pre-job training?

The noise outside is too loud, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk service needs improvement.

The room was severely polluted; people with allergies should avoid this hotel. The high-speed train noise at night was very loud, and the elevator was also very noisy. This was the most disappointing Atour hotel I've ever stayed at. What I want to complain about most is the service attitude. They acted like they didn't care if we stayed or not. Even though I redeemed a room upgrade using points from Ctrip, they claimed it was an upgrade they offered voluntarily, and then demanded we write a positive review on Ctrip. I've stayed in countless hotels, all with perfect scores, because service and business are difficult. But this time, because of the front desk service, I'm giving it the lowest score for the first time. It has to be the lowest score, without exception!!!

Hilarious! The fire alarm was accidentally triggered, and I ran downstairs in the middle of the night. The next morning, they said they'd send a gift, and the gift turned out to be a small pack of tissues and a sample of lotion. The funny thing is, a pair of slippers?! A pair of hotel slippers as a gift?! Is this some kind of joke?!

Hygiene: The hygiene really needs improvement. The spiders crawling around in the room were quite scary. After showering, I used a towel to dry myself, and it scratched me quite painfully – it turned out to be steel wire! What was the hotel doing with the towel?! Also, the water stains on various cups in the room and at breakfast were quite unpleasant. Environment: The noise from the high-speed rail station didn't stop even at night, and the soundproofing wasn't very good. Service: There was practically no service. I had high expectations for Atour, but the experience was quite poor.

Atour is really good, the unified decoration style is very user-friendly, the bedding is comfortable, the pillows are too comfortable, the price is reasonable, and they upgraded my room for free. The refrigerator is also good, I will definitely become a member
