Checked in in the afternoon for a few hours. My family had an emergency and went to Chengdu, so I had to check out early. They still charged the full price, which felt like a bit of a waste. The environment itself was quite good though.

Traveling to Meishan during the rainy season, this hotel was a real comfort. The room was dry and not at all damp, housekeeping was prompt, and there was no musty smell, making for a very comfortable stay. Xiao Chen at the front desk was thoughtful, reminding us about precautions for going out in the rain and even helping us keep an eye on the weather changes – truly warm service. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition, with stable hot water and good soundproofing, so we weren't disturbed by rain noise. The service was attentive and practical, making for a great experience even with the rainy weather.

Trash everywhere, and breakfast quality on par with a hostel. I picked this place because it was marked as five-star and had large rooms. Turns out it's just a big hostel charging five-star prices. This proves you shouldn't use conventional thinking when choosing hotels in small towns! As a Marriott Titanium elite, I'm really not used to staying in hotels in cities without Marriott properties. I passed on Hilton and Holiday Inn, only to fall into this huge trap! Next time, I definitely won't just try anything. Foreign-managed brands can't be *that* bad, right?!

We booked four rooms for our family trip, but due to the room layout, they were located in the four corners of the same floor and not adjacent, which made it inconvenient to look after the seniors. Although the four rooms were large, this didn't really serve our needs. As for the service, upon entering, we realized there were no disposable slippers. We called and they took a long time to deliver them. When we asked for a disposable toilet seat cover, we were told they didn't have any and that if we wanted one, we'd have to go to the front desk and pay for it. This is usually standard even in hotels costing around 200 yuan, so it was quite baffling. The breakfast was plentiful, but there were no staff clearing tables.

It was obvious the room hadn't been properly cleaned before our check-in. There were even items left from the previous guests who had used it as a bridal suite. We reported this to the front desk, but no one addressed it until we called to complain to the housekeeping manager, who then came to resolve the issue. **Service**: Let's talk about the service. I'm not sure if it was due to the National Day crowds or something else, but I requested several bottles of mineral water from the front desk at 6 PM, and they still hadn't arrived by 8 PM. Their excuse was that the front desk staff were new and didn't know what to do, which was incredibly frustrating. I hope the hotel quickly improves its training and service to live up to its Ctrip 5-star rating. **Environment**: The room design was poorly thought out. The sofa had a leather cover and was very uncomfortable. The baseboard of the TV cabinet was loose and almost cut my child's foot, which was also speechless. 😔

The hotel's location is great, and it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. It's also not far from Dongpo Water Street, just a few minutes away. The room was very comfortable and convenient. I really like this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I'm passing through.

This is a 5-star hotel, but they wouldn't turn on the AC in the middle of summer. The room temperature stayed at 26 degrees Celsius and wouldn't go down. I had to sleep with the fan on. Then, the toilet broke in the middle of the night, and they couldn't fix it, which really messed up my sleep. I called Ctrip to complain; this hotel definitely doesn't deserve a 5-star rating, at most a 4-star.

Trip.com upgraded our room, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very dedicated and responsible. There was plenty of parking, and many restaurants nearby.
