因為近十年前來過湄潭，當初是入住的酒店在大茶壺內，好久不見“天下第一壺”，當年感受到酒店設施非常好，此次行程可謂陪長者故地重遊，現在酒店早已搬出大茶壺，在一邊另建。又登上茶壺，感歎在大茶壺旁邊修建戰道的可惜可歎，可惜湄潭茶葉宣傳太少，找到有緣人“小雪”喝茶到天黑，周邊飯店不熟悉。沒想到酒店內的餐廳幫忙安排的三菜一湯，絕對好，味道贊👍餐廳服務非常好。吃好才知道餐廳是外包的，也為酒店與餐廳協調的服務點贊。但酒店設施遠沒有十年前好，毛巾是破的，衞生間裏水太小，修理工來了也沒辦法，也是無語，可能疫情三年少客太窮了😅

從來沒有給過任何差評的自己第一次這樣評價一個酒店..一號的訂單前台可以説交班的沒説自己也沒看晚上九點辦入住説沒有標間了，帶着孩子還要等衞生..真心搞不懂這種失誤是專業的前台該有的事情嗎？住這個酒店很多次第一次遇到這種情況，孩子在身上睡著了終於入住了房間吧水龍頭的水小的你無法述説，洗澡水更是小的可憐..陳舊的設施就不能換換啊，晚上睡著了居然還有人拿房卡開門進來嚇**前台的工作就是這樣的嗎？這三件事對這個酒店也是最後一次入住，太糟糕..實在讓人生氣

不推薦，在這家酒店住了不低於十次，有點恨鐵不成鋼的感覺，管理團隊嚴重拖了後腿。
設施維護不到位，工作人員沒有服務意識，最好笑的是行政套房之放了兩瓶360毫升的礦泉水，晚上讓前台送水，前台説要收費，我都答應可以付費，半個小時沒有送過來，又打電話催了一次，直到離店的時候水都沒有送來。
管理團隊陣容白瞎了這麼好的酒店硬件設施👎

房間衞生超級差，洗浴房地下蟑螂都在跑，前台服務也差，感覺住了一個小縣城招待所，房間凍的要死，一點星級酒店的標準都沒有，這個酒店是我住酒店幾十年住的最噁心的星級酒店，不知道攜程怎麼讓這種酒店上的五星酒店平台，出來旅遊最重要就是吃好、住好，不知道這種酒店怎麼讓客人住，希望開這個酒店的老闆自己體驗一下

旅遊路過湄潭，看這家價格最高，就定了這家，掛牌四星，完全名不副實，進酒店到前台，服務員就像打零工的，到房間進衞生間，看見水龍頭都是花的（附圖），洗澡後，水外溢到衞生間地面到處都是，，空調主機都不開，晚上酒店下好像是電錶的鳴叫聲音刺激耳，，早餐除了東西少外，連茶水和咖啡都不提供，完全徒有其表，，

硬件不錯但是衞生很一般，枕頭有很重的味道。還有酒店一直拖着不給我開專票，已經一個多月了還沒有開出來，如果一直不開我準備打當地税務電話舉報了
