The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are big and spacious.

Super accommodating check in, especially being foreign. The bathtub was quite deep and the bed was super comfy. Would happily stay here the next time I’m visiting!

Great location as it is near the walking street, convenient store opposite, and some shops around too. We booked 4 rooms on a non-smoking floor, however in 1 of the room- we found cigarette butts in the corner of the toilet upon check in. When we told the receptionist, he doesn’t seem to be apologetic to the situation. We asked for a room cleaning to be done after. The windows of all our rooms were not locked which was a little dangerous as we had a child with us, then we told them to have it locked up for safety purpose. Room wise- it is generally clean, tidy and sufficient. Doesn’t seem to be old room and room is big. Other than the cigarette incident, i think this place is Suitable for families to stay.

Checked in late afternoon after the supposed check-in time, but was told the room which I had booked was not ready, unless I wanted the room with the shower in the bathtub. We waited close to 1-1.5hr for the room to be ready. The ladies at the reception definitely need more training for customer service. Corridor is always full of cigarette smell. Room size is decent with a great view of the river. The aircon temp seems to be not working that well in summer. The room is always warm even though the temp is set to be quite low.

A very nice, calm, spacy and comfortable room in a very good location close to the river and main Walking Street, although the hotel is not very new. Walking distance to some of the city's major attractions. Good value to price ratio.

close to the old town of the city, we got a room on the 20th floor with amazing view to the river. the room was spacious and well furnished, bed comfortable

Superb location closed to the old town and walking distance to the Hakka museum. Should renovate as things getting too old. Also consider some non-smoking floor as the one I stayed - 20th - is very stinky with smokes from cigarettes.

Awesome hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable room and friendly front desk staffs.  Central location within walking distance to famous eateries and shopping. Highly recommended.

Nice place but it’s a old hotel but.room cleanliness is ideal

Overall this hotel is good in all aspect. Unfortunately, the only thing that makes me sick and disappointed is no control of smoking by unscrupulous guests. They smoked freely in lifts, lobby hall, rooms with door open.

Hotel location is very Good, is near the Old town where you can get hakka authentic foods and surrounding is convenient to go around.
