Great location, but there's no designated area for pick-up and drop-off. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can often hear the neighbors closing their doors.

First off, let's talk about the location. It's right in the city center, which makes parking difficult. An Uber from the airport would probably cost around 55-60. You can walk to the Yarra River, Melbourne University, Queen Victoria Market, the Aquarium, and Chinatown from here. Breakfast was decent.

I initially thought this was a good trip, but the breakfast situation really soured it for me. On our last night, we had an early flight the next day, so we went to the restaurant at 6:50 AM to try and eat early. Even though some food was already out, the restaurant's front desk refused us, citing 'rules' (the day before, there were already people eating at 7:00 AM). Okay, I respect the rules. But then, at 7:10 AM, there was still a lot of food not put out yet. Are *you* following your own rules? Also, the air conditioning unit outside the room on the 5th floor was quite noisy. Something to watch out for.

Excellent stay! The duvet was a proper one, clean and comfortable. This was my favorite place I stayed in Melbourne. The location is super convenient, and the front desk staff were very helpful, even allowing me a late check-out. Their attitude was fantastic.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the shopping district. We arrived in Melbourne early in the morning and the hotel allowed us to check in early. The environment is clean and the staff are courteous. Very good, we will definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, the bed linen tidy, and the bathroom quite new. It was cleaned daily. They also provided milk based on the number of guests (it was in the fridge, and not replenished if not consumed).

Centrally located in the CBD, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a pharmacy right across from the hotel and a supermarket nearby. The room was very comfortable, with a choice of soft or firm pillows, and the mattress was great! Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the city center, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby, making it incredibly convenient. It's also within the free tram zone, allowing easy access to Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Zoo by tram. Plus, many of Jay Chou's famous photo spots are within walking distance.
