The location of the Veriu hotel is very good, they also have a complete cooking equipment, but the hotel is not well maintained, some of the equipment in the room is broken, the shower handle is loose, the curtain rail is also loose, the cleaners do not do their job well, I stayed for 4 nights, check in from Saturday to Wednesday, on Sunday there was no room cleaning, so the trash piled up, and on Monday, the staff also did not take the trash and as long as i stay, the carpet was never vacuum, used glasses were also never washed by the housekeeper. Oh ya there is construction around the hotel, every morning at 7, will be so noisy. I'm so disappointed while i stay in this hotel, i didn't have enough rest.

The location of hotel is in close proximity to the Victoria Market and Melbourne main attractions are within walking distance!

Took around 25 mins via Uber from Melbourne Airport to this hotel. We're checking in around 3.30pm and this hotel is nicely located and just a couple of minutes walking distance to this famous queen Victoria Market. We likely both the day market (Wednesday to sunday 6am to 3pm) and night market (every Wednesday between 5pm to 10pm), We're so glad that this hotel room came with kitchen facilities include microwave, oven and dishwasher. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who is keen to spend a day or two at this famous nearby market.

Bed is comfortable, very conveniently located to queen vic. Walkable distance to city Center Emporium / QV as well as cafe. The cafe right next to accomm is also great! Matchaaaaa

Near to Queen Victoria Market and tram stop. Lots of eateries nearby. Downside - noisy as room facing road. Heard people talking and shouting in the middle of the night. Currently there is construction too.

Hotel is quite new and it just next to Queen Victoria Market and tram stop very convenient.

Location very good! service was good, facilities good. Rooms can be abit dark some look out to other building's, gym poor and pool very nice..

Reception and lobby area is clean and staff friendly. Except first day check in took so long and after few attempts to get my information Done. Location is great and activity buzzing around the QV Market. Housecleaning is bad. It’s dusty and many areas not cleaned at all. Complained many times on this too . Had to ask the cleanser to replenish different items they constantly forget everyday.

Great stay and location beside QVM is fantastic and convenient.

My stay at Veriu Hotel Queen Victoria was generally alright – the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, I was disappointed by the staff’s refusal to allow me access to the pool on the day of my checkout. I had a very long flight ahead and simply wanted a quick refresh before heading to the airport, but this request was denied. I’ve never encountered this restriction at other hotels, and it left me feeling quite let down.

The hotel location was good, however the room cleanliness was not great.

Position was great, right in front of Victoria market. Room was spacious and clean. I would have expected a bit more amenities considering the fare, like slippers for example. It was a lovely stay.
