The hotel was conveniently located very close to the city center. The staff were friendly and greeted me every time we met. The room itself was stylish, but the shower pressure was quite low, which made washing my thick hair a bit of a challenge. For amenities, they provided shampoo and conditioner, but instead of body wash, there was just a bar of soap, which I used for showering. While I wouldn't say it was sparkling clean, it's a good option if you're looking for an affordable stay in the city center.

Great location in the CBD, and the front desk service was good. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was quite bad. The floor was damaged, and some towels had stains. If your budget allows, I'd recommend upgrading to a higher room category.

We really had a wonderful stay at CitiClub Hotel Melbourne! What we liked the most were the guest kits—they were complete and thoughtfully prepared. The shower gel and shampoo were also great quality, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

was a good stay apart from the nightclub blaring overnight and the random used dental flosses near the elevator

I used this hotel for sightseeing! There's a club downstairs, so the noise was pretty bad until around 4 AM, but the facilities themselves were great!

Good  hotel, room rate was decent for the three nights, the location was great; walking distance to trams, Flinders St station, front desk staff were warm and friendly, room was clean and had the basic necessities (although a leftover kebab and other food in the fridge was a surprise).
