The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Breakfast options were a bit limited, though. The room itself was quite spacious. Overall, it's a very good place to stay.

I stayed here for two nights, and the Ctrip price for this hotel was significantly lower than on other platforms. For the same price, other hotels weren't as new. Comparing them, this hotel is ideal, from its location to its rooms. The hotel also has USB ports on its outlets. From a distance while walking along the river, you can easily spot the 'vibe' blue letters on the building, making it easy to find your way back. There's a path right outside the entrance that crosses the river. The Urban Rooms are located on floors below the sixth floor. If you want a view, you should opt for a River View Room on the sixth floor or higher. Just a heads-up: they don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic, right opposite Flinders Station. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can even see the Yarra River. We were so lucky to catch the Crown Hotel's firework show at night!

We stayed at the Vibe for 7 nights. Visiting Melbourne for the AO, free Tram outside the door straight to AO, we did walk most days and it was a quick 20 minute walk. 10 minute walk to Central Station for the Skybus to airport (we used it to and from airport). Great facilities, rooftop bar, pool & gym. We had buffet breakfast included. Great views, we were on the 18th floor.

My party and I arrived at approximately 7:00 AM after an overnight red‑eye flight. We were exhausted and in urgent need of rest. The front desk staff, specifically a staff member named Han, told us that our room was not yet ready and that we would have to wait until the standard check‑in time of 3:00 PM. We accepted this and waited in the lobby, hoping for an earlier release. We waited until 9:00 AM with no update. We then left for a short while and returned later, only to be told again by Han that the room was still unavailable — with no proactive follow‑up, no estimated time, and no alternative offer. What made us truly question the situation was this: while we were sitting in the lobby, we witnessed other guests checking in after us and being given rooms immediately. It was only after seeing this that we approached a senior‑looking staff member to ask why we were being treated differently. To our surprise, was then able to assign us a room on the spot — proving that rooms were available the entire time, but Han had repeatedly told us otherwise without any valid reason. We had clearly communicated our exhaustion after a long‑haul flight, yet we were left waiting for hours while other guests arriving later were prioritised without any apparent reason. This experience made us feel disrespected and unfairly treated, largely due to Han's lack of initiative, transparency, and empathy. As a result of this unnecessary and selective delay, we lost an entire morning of much‑needed rest, which negatively affected our schedule and overall travel experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station with a beautiful river view. It's clean and new.

Easy check in, although we had to wait 10minutes or so for our room, but the host offered us a complimentary coffee to appease our wait. So it wasn’t an issue for us. Rooms was modern and clean, nothing to complain about

It was okay. The hotel environment is good, but the sink faucet is too close to the bottom of the basin, making it impossible to fit even a glass under it. Hope they can improve this.

Friendly and helpful staff. Called for help for the car park a few times, staff answered patiently. The rooms were clean and spacious. I booked two rooms and both of them got a beautiful Yarra Valley view.

I recently stayed at Vibe Hotel Melbourne and had such a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and the riverfront. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. I also really enjoyed the stylish vibe of the hotel. It has a fresh, contemporary atmosphere that feels both relaxed and upscale. Overall, Vibe Hotel Melbourne delivered on comfort, convenience, and style. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city and will definitely choose it again for my next trip.

The room has a very minimalist, industrial feel, but it offers a beautiful view of the Yarra River. It's right by the bend in the train tracks next to Flinders Street, so you get a mix of natural scenery and urban concrete. We booked this hotel because our flight arrived early and we wanted to get some proper rest. We only stayed half a day before moving to another hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.
