Oaks Melbourne on Collins Suites Reviews

There were fresh towels everyday which was good. Room is spacious and clean but bathroom is a bit small. Though there is free wifi, signal was really bad in the room. Not able to connect to internet except when you are at the hotel lobby. Hotel location is really good. Near to Flinders station and southern cross station which was very convenient to get around. Getting to the airport was easy breezy. Just a ten minutes walk to the airbus terminal.

Great location, right on the main street and close to the train station. The bathroom was an add-on and super tiny.

Very nice hotel! Room is big for 1 solo traveller like me. Great view. Price is reasonable!

Great location, very convenient for getting around! The room only had windows facing the hallway, so ventilation wasn't very good.

View was good from my window. Stay was okay, not too comfortable as noices were coming from outside the corridors. Rest everything was average.

Absolutely a shocker… one of the most soulless hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at! This is what you get adding a corporate stooge and a hospitality manager…a thoughtless, dead, cyborg business hotel. I had as much pleasure at this ‘hotel’ as going for a colonoscopy…suggest either redesigning it or be open and accepting of why it exists…to fill the business market who needs a basic, extremely boring hotel room with a equally boring business man… for business persons needing basic, clean, functional it succeeds, but for my part never again, I don’t want to stay in a hotel that sucks my soul…. Just sorry I got ****** into this shell of a so called ‘hotel’. Trip.com… not happy with you either! Who agreed to create’ internal rooms’ … such a stupid idea… better to create a pod hotel rather than rooms in the internal part of what I assume is converted office space, such a bland shocker! Anyway to those male businessmen it will fill the need. Would I recommend? not in this life time! 😂😂 even the thought of having to stay here induces early stage rigor mortis! 😄 

Very nice location just at the centre of Colins street, you can walk to most famous places in Melbourne city from the hotel. Also very convenient to southern cross station

It was a really good trip! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. did not manage to take a photo of the hotel room but everything was clean and spacious.

Good location !! close to Southerncross station. (around 10 minutes on foot), walk to Flinder street station just 15 minutes. Hotel was easy to reach , entrance at the main road(Collins Street). The room was quiet & clean, with enough kitchen applicance. Because it is a studio, the hand basin was a bit small. Got down the hotel ,U can easily catch light rail to any where of Melbourne.

Booked studio room for2Nights. The location is great .However, the room was very closed space with no view/windows.
