Nice The house location was perfect walking distance for everything downtown Memphis and was a great find! As a result we ended up not using the car very often during our stay, which was great because we didn’t have to find parking lots!We stayed in the lower unit and had some trouble with 1)the door unit not locking due to a loose handle but we figured out that it just needed to be reset and 2)the AC unit was having trouble keeping up with general cooling system. The unit showed the room temperature at 75 the first day and was up to 78 for the last day. While the actual temperature for cooling for the house was 72. I was able to contact the house host but being Saturday night, it was hard to get anyone to come service it. We were planning to leave early on the next day. We were there for 3 days! I hope that they are able to get the temperature control unit fixed soon for the next people!

Good option for weekend trip Everything was good except for the parking. They rent out the driveway for Grizzles games and we weren’t told until the day of check-in.

Clean and close to major attractions Walking distance to many delicious places to eat and attractions like the civil rights museum, rock and soul museum as well as the fedex forum. Clean and well decorated. We could occasionally hear the unit above us, but that was to be expected base on the style of the home. We were very happy with our stay!
