Spacious Downtown Retreat by Beale Street & FedEx Forum+Parking

Large airy unit with good light. Nice to have 2 bedrooms each with their own bath.

A historic clean home in a decent location…but I have my two cents. The house is definitely old but it was clean. The lack of seating options in the main room for a family of 5 was disappointing. The NCAA March madness games were playing and we couldn’t just plop down…had to bring in some kitchen table chairs. Also, the internet was dicey, the streaming service constantly kept buffering. The location is very convenient, yet it still didn’t seem like a great location considering the properties specifically adjacent. I think the location strongly attributed to how noisy it was throughout nighttime. I would’ve definitely enjoyed a darker bedroom while trying to sleep…significant lighting outside and windows didn’t have the proper coverage/blinds. All in all, it was a cool spot that for sure satisfied our needs. One block away from FedEx Forum and very close to Beale St was a big benefit.

Perfect location We had a wonderful stay. Perfect distance to Beale Street and FedEx Forum. We went to a Lakers/Grizzlies game and it was such a wonderful location. Very neat and clean. Comfy beds but we’re just full size but we managed. Great response from host. I would highly recommend and I’d definitely stay here again.

Memphis in May Great location close to many tourist attractions.

Location location! We had a great stay here! Steps away from FedEx Forum, and completely walkable all around Memphis/Beale St! Could not be a better location! Once we parked, we walked everywhere for our entire stay! The rental was very clean! Great communication- we had a few questions, and they responded very quickly! My only complaint was that the original posting was not super clear. We thought we were going to have 3 Queen beds, but only had 2. No big deal- still made it work. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!
