Best Memphis Penthouse - Downtown Condo 2BR

Property very nice. Very clean. However i would not stay here again due to the location. It is a convenient walk to everywhere but we did not feel safe. I’d prefer to stay in a hotel if i returned to this area

This property was absolutely spotless on the inside, and an easy 8-10 min walk to the convention center which is what brought my group in town. We appreciated the laundry in unit, and the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Overall a quiet area overnight and felt very secure.

Great host and beautiful condo Very modern, artsy condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the Peabody Hotel and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and Beale St. Would definitely stay there again if I get back to Memphis. Also, the host was very nice and accommodating.

Perfect! We had a wonderful time, the penthouse lived up to its name “Best Memphis Penthouse”!!

Had fun, but rough first day Did not get check in door codes until 4pm the day of check in. Uber dropped us off at the address of the condo but the number on the address was not clearly marked on the door it was 10 feet above us in the window. When we arrived at 350pm i sent a message to the owners but they didnt get back to us right away, so we stood outside for a while. The building itself is run down, but the condo is beautiful. Enjoyed the rest of ourstay.

Great place Beautiful place just a couple blocks away from Beale Street. Super easy walk. Loved everything about this penthouse!
