Best Western Plus Galleria Inn Suites

The staff were friendly and the location was decent, but there were many inconveniences. 1. There is no window in the room, so I cannot breathe fresh air. 2. The breakfast menu remained the same for a month. 3. The sink drain was broken, so I could not fill it with water. 4. The refrigerator froze all the food. (No control function) 5. The circuit breaker tripped when I operated the microwave. 6. To turn off all the lights in the room, I had to turn off six switches. (There is no function to turn them all on and off at once.) 7. There was a pigeon nest near the wall, so noise such as flapping and birds could often be heard. 8. The air conditioner was loud, so I had to turn it off when making phone calls.

The front desk staff was more friendly than I expected. Even though the check-in time wasn't that late, the line wasn't too long, so I was able to check in quickly. I had to leave early, so I checked out around 4 a.m., but thankfully, the staff member checked me out right away.
