DoubleTree by Hilton Memphis

The pickup bus at Memphis Airport took a long time to arrive, so I had to wait about an hour. The pickup location at the Hilton Hotel was apparently far from the shuttle area, but only the staff had decided on A, B, and C, and there were no signs at the airport. In Japan, the hotel name and location are displayed at each location. It's not so much the Hilton Hotel's fault, but rather the American approach.

We have two rooms in total. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was broken when we checked in. We tried to change the card several times but it didn't work. Finally, we asked the engineering department to fix the lock. When we checked out, the front desk said there was a problem with the payment of the room fee and asked me to swipe the card again. However, my room fee was prepaid by Ctrip. How could I pay it again? Later, the front desk communicated with her manager and they solved the room fee issue by themselves. They should communicate with Ctrip's third-party intermediary.
