Good parking and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly at check-in, but seemed annoyed when I said we booked a room with 2 queen beds instead of the king with sofa bed we received. They just said that was the second bed and they couldn’t help it since I booked through a third party.

Room did not smell good. The fire alarm went on when I was sleeping. The breakfast was not at Hilton Standards. The receptionist charged me twice by mistake.

There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and knocking on door to our room and staff wasn’t able to say anything to the parents to get them to stop or anything

Dirty brown water from shower and sink, broken lights in bathroom and front room, incompetent staff, lousy breakfast, dirty nasty place

We arrived at 4 pm and our rooms were not ready , had to wait till 5:30 pm to check in , breakfast wasn’t like other Hampton inn hotels we stayed in , average but not good as other hotels

We have been here about 6 times in the last 6 months. The facility may be a little dated but the staff is top notch. They go to the max to help out. The performance was undaunted during the ice storm. The breakfast is on par with what you would expect and the area is safe. We will continue to come back.

The room was dirty around the edges. The staff was helpful, especially the gentleman taking care of the breakfast area.

Room is a little run down and dirty. Not quiet you can here all the hallway noise all night long. WiFi is horrifyingly slow so forget about trying to work.
