Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Downtown Beale Street

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

Excellent visit, excellent customer service! Will definitely be staying here again! Absolutely wonderful visit! Thank you!

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The room was updated and had plenty of plugs and USB ports for everyone's tablet and cellphone. The staff was extremely nice. The pool was big and clean. My son loved the complimentary strawberry lemonade at the front desk. It is right neighbor to the Memphis Redbirds which we were able to go to a game. We will stay at that hotel again.

The staff was great and helpful answering all my questions with a smile. I will stay no where else when I am in town. Great job 👏

Saturday night, some children arrived very late and were running up an down the halls very noisily. I'm not sure whose responsibility it is to stop them. They knocked on my door; I woke up and had trouble getting back to sleep.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the parking area was spacious and secure, requiring a key for access (though there is a fee). This is a great hotel for pet lovers; however, for those without pets, the corridors leading to the rooms—as well as the carpets under the beds—smelled of pets. They clearly try to maintain cleanliness, yet the pet odor remains quite noticeable. The hotel is in a great location for walking; Beale Street isn't far away.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the beds are hard (at least in my opinion) so for those that like a firm but soft bed I would suggest requesting an extra mattress pad. But if you enjoy the feel of a slab of concrete you’re in luck.

Great location, was clean and felt safe. Loved the restaurant for drinks - good vibes and always busy! Would stay here again.
