Wingate by Wyndham Memphis East

This place was in an ok neighborhood and breakfast was sparse but overall the bedrooms were clean and we slept great.

Not worth the price. Seems like this is an old hotel that got renovated, but they skipped the updates on lots of things. My door knob was falling off, there was some kind of broken wall fixture in the bathroom. The elevator barely moves. There were roaches in the breakfast area, and the breakfast wasn't even that good.

The staff was really nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered virtually nothing. Property is very old and outdated. The location was not safe! Would not recommend.

Clean room, quiet building, yummy simple breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and the staff were very kind and gracious. My husband and I chose this location because we wanted to be in a quiet part of Memphis, but still close enough to see the Blues/Beale St area. It didn't disappoint! Literally the only problem was that once we got settled in, we notice the door lock wouldn't engage. We piled furniture and luggage in front of it and went to sleep. We decided to just let them know in the morning when we checked out. This was a personal choice, we were exhausted. I recommend asking for another room if this happens to you! I accidentally left behind some personal property, and they called me immediately. They went above and beyond to help me get my property back, I'm never going to forget!

After checking into the room there was no tissue in the bathroom, the refrigerator was stained, there was a hole in the wall by the front door, the dresser had no handle on it, the broken piece was inside the drawer, the remote control had no back to close off the batteries, there was a large hole in the bathroom, and roaches was seen in the bathroom and breakfast areas on the main floor. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very Clean.Someone had complained about our dogs when we first arrived .Staff had taken care of the complaint. Breakfast was great!

I have stayed here several times while traveling. The room is always very clean and comfortable. I only stay one night with my Labrador Dog and never had an issue.

The room was ok. However short on soap and breakfast was really poor. Pancake machine not working, biscuits, grave and the stuff that was supposed to be sausage was colder then the empty orange juice machine and empty milk pitchers

Both the toilet and vanity sink had water running all night. Breakfast was not impressive as compared to similar hotels in this class.
