Bad experience with Front Office Manager, Luisa Piccolo, she had a bad way to meet us and to check in us. Usually a Manager should be kind and available to guests' requests and their needs. Just the two other men was kind with us and used appropriate manner

Amazing property comfortable spacious rooms. Rooms with a view. Comfortable place to stay after busy day at Mt Titlis and to travel to Lake Como in Italy. USP was that hotel had a separate smoking lobby. Food served was sumptuous catering to Indian taste.

I just stayed a night but I have a business meeting the day before till late and the day after early in the morning. I liked the check-in/out fast and smooth, and there was no problem in the room, everything ok for me. was also nice that I could leave the car in the private parking after the check-out for free

Rooms were clean and nice size . Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of choices . Eggs , bacon fresh pastries , juice and good coffee. About what I had expected from a tourist hotel . Not far from town and restaurants .

Room was clean, had a good view of the town and mountains, bed is comfortable, bathroom is functional with hot water shower, room has no kettle but there is hot water provided on the 1st floor. Staff were helpful. Pleased with my stay and would recommend.
