Unbelievable service - fantastic location - couldn’t recommend this place anymore !!! The staff are so attentive and really care - nothing is too much - don’t look anywhere else just book this hotel !!! My room looked over the forest to the rear - next time I’ll be booking a lake view

It’s amazing very Royal with amazing view and very nice new spa on the lake. There is only a star restaurant and they offered some snacks in the bistro bar we missed more options for diner and lunch . The personal very friendly and professional We really enjoyed it

Nice vue on the lake! The team is very welcoming and ready to help you! Great and deliscious food ( we had half pension) . So cool to have the hammam and the swimming pool so close. Also very quiet in the room! There are nice walking paths in the region!

Everything was great , thanks for that . Only the problem with the emergency alarm on Thursday morning was a little bit annoying for our stay . But this can happen of course . Nice environment , great food , very friendly , and the extra facilities ( haman , swimming pool ) are top. G&K

We really love staying here. The bed's are the most comfortable we have ever experienced, and the services is excellent. We did feel disappointed by breakfast which ends very abruptly at 10.30am, my husband and children didn't get to the dining room until 10.15 as they wanted to swim first, and everything was swiped away at 10.30 on the dot which made it not a very relaxing experience and there was no warning to us. It meant we missed out on quite a bit of the food, for the cost, it was rather disappointing and made it a bit stressful. We wanted to relax enjoy the view and eat at a more leasurely pace!

Amazing location, superb facilities and a lovely feel. I stayed here with my wife and 2 children for 4 nights in a family suite overlooking the lake. We were impressed with the modern interior feel of the historic building and the two styles sat together well. Breakfast was really good in an amazing restaurant with great views towards Annecy. The pool building is separate from the hotel, set at the level of the lake, and was clean and again had amazing views, almost feeling like an extension of the lake itself. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again!

We had a great stay. Everything was 5 stars. Special mention to walid, extremely nice and helpful. The location is directly on the lake, rooms have old charm with modern comfort and views at the breakfast are breathtaking. Thank you we will come back.

The atmosphere nice and the stuffs are nice but I have highlight one issue regarding our booking no one solve it. We booked king bedroom and they provide us with single bedroom and they are covered with sheets to hide Not a recommended place to ppls looking for a great place to spend their vacation.
