Beautiful sea views.

Decent hotel for a night or two. However, avoid the parking lot: it's paid (€6 per day), very narrow, and unsuitable for large cars.

The perfect location and an Ibis which is more than an Ibis. Friendly staff advising how to deal with the street parking Note: at night, there are some free parking spot just in front of the train station, and in Menton these spots are free for 24 hours. Pay the small difference to have a room with a balcony straight over the marina with a magnificent view over Menton seaside village Breakfast is great too.

Excellent stay at ibis budget ! 2 great nights sleep & the continental breakfast was pretty good lots of choice ! Self check in which was very easy ! Rooms basic but very clean ! Definitely would stay here again I recommend this no frills hotel !

The Hotel is located in front of the seaside, but service, cleanliness, value and rooms are poor. Bad experience.

The receptionist was kinda bad because he wasn’t so enthusiastic about his guests wishes and fined for each hotel nights instead of the whole period visit that was originally in the contract in the booking process in Accors website. This made it much more expensive and we the guests got more confused by this (a miscommunication between the hotel itself and Accors organization?) . When we checked out earlier than our stay period, he and the cleaners were accusing us for checking out too late, but that wasn’t even the case because he was mistaken by our choice. Also the cleaners ignored tidying and fixing the third upper bed in the room when we wanted our room clean. The breakfast was too sweet and much less options than other Ibis budget hotels. So nah, bad system, bad communication, but good location.

It's a good hotel for a short stay (1/2 nights). The room was clean but small. A nice plus was represented by the small terrace. The bed sheet had a few holes in ti but was clean. The bathroom was small but sufficiently comfortable. However, the shower poured water all aver the floor, so that I had to use the towel to absorb it. I didn't expect that. The room was not well isolated from the corridor, from the other rooms and from the street. You could hear everything from people entering their rooms and talking in the corridor. And the traffic on the street was very persistent and clearly audible until late. All these noise didn't allow me to sleep in a proper way.

This hotel is located within walking distance from menton garavan train station. Consider staying here if you are arriving by train. As part of the budget end of the accor plus group, members of the accor group get discounts upon booking. The price is reasonable for hotel rooms during the busy menton festival period. The hotel rooms are decorated in a simple , modern, no frills manner . The rooms are kept clean by its housekeepers. The service desk staff is prompt & courteous. Buffet breakfast with a supply of crispy crossiants is cheap at euro 7.50 per person. The hotel assures the safety of its guests with CCTV installation on its premises. The gate is locked at night & guests can enter with a code no. My only grumble was that on night of the night parade, there was no more buses or trains to menton garavan anymore. Taxis were not readily available that day. I had to walk 25mins from city centre back to the hotel . Overall, I will recommend this hotel for providing clean, affordable rooms with good service.

Upon check in, the one and only lift of the hotel stop working. The next day at 7 am , no staffs show up to work and breakfasts room are closed with lines of guests waiting outside. Air conditioner faulty, no shampoo in room, repeated request to the man in front desk was ignored. Today they informed me that they booked my room twice and charged twice to my card….I just had to say”Oh my God!”

Complete Disaster! Do not book We arrived around 3 pm. We had to check in at an counter outside. Then we did not get any receipt and the code we had to take a photo to enter. Upon arrival in the room booked for three persons, we had only a small bed/ 140x200 arranged for 3 persons. Bathroom only two towels. In a bag was a cushion and a duvet, but no mattress cover. The room was dirty, hairs and dirt was easy visible, mattress with big dirt spots, hairs on the arranged bed. As nobody at reception we called twice the chargeable hotline with nobody replying! We left the hotel and had to book somewhere else! I have cancelled the room then and send three emails to reception of the hotel/ no reply since almost one week! The money has been of course deducted! Never again! I can only recommend not to book there!

Décevant en tout point , à l’arrivée , après une bonne attente , impossible d’avoir une place de parking car il ne savait pas combien de place il avait déjà loué, en entrant en chambre, un lit fait à la va vite , un ménage déplorable, l’accès en terrasse est compliqué, une fenêtre qui ferme mal , des carreaux en salle de bain qui bouge , fortement déçu de cet hôtel alors que je suis un habitué des hôtels de la chaîne ACCOR. . A fuir .
