Everything was wonderful.
Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner.
And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
I will be back next week already!

馬特魯港度假首選酒店，有最長且乾淨的私家長白沙灘。周邊正在修建的都是Jaz集團下的酒店搭理得很乾凈。酒店服務也很好，床品舒適。是來埃及酒店體感最舒服，柔軟如絲綢一般。離城有些遠，打車要200埃及磅到300埃及磅，完全是世外桃源般的感覺。度假推薦。也可以包車去馬特魯主要海灘景點。目前酒店門口沒有出租車，建議馬特魯市區到達以後聯繫好相關行程再讓司機送到酒店。

このホテルに行くには交通手段が限られます。
アレクサンドリアからUBERで約３時間半、現地通貨で1400、ホテルからマルサマトルーフまではUBERが使えず、仕方がなくタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、45分ほど、料金は600かかりました。またフロントでの配車時に意思疎通が上手くいかず、非常に不快な思いをしました。近くにタクシーがいないようなので、呼ぶのにかなり時間もかかりますので1時間以上前に配車の依頼をすることをおすすめます。周辺には何もなく、ホテル敷地内でプールと海を楽しみたいのであれば別ですが、ホテルからマルサマトルーフへの観光を考えているのであれば、往復のタクシー代や移動時間を考慮すると、マルサマトルーフのホテルに滞在する方が良いと思います。時期的なものもあるかもしれませんが、ビーチは波が強く、泳いだり、子供が遊ぶには不向きであると感じました。部屋は綺麗ですが、アメニティなどはベーシックなもののみです。水以外の部屋のドリンクなども別途料金が掛かります。オールインクルーシブではありません。夕食は宿泊代金に含まれていましたが、飲み物は水のみでほかのソフトドリンクやコーヒーにも追加料金が掛かります。

Everything was phenomenal. hospitality, food and rooms were great. Breakfast and dinner were very good and have a lot of variations. The pool and sea were very clean. The room service people were so nice, specially Talaat. They are quick and so professional.

This is the most beautiful sea. Wonderful accommodation, nice, friendly people who are always smiling. Very well prepared food, tasty, good looking. A big thank to all the staff, especially Eslam. Who took great care of us at bar👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This is was our first time in the hotel and in Almaza bay, really it was a very good experience, we spent a wonderful time, we enjoyed our time, the beach was marvelous, the staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Ahmed Yahia from the restaurant staff, he's so professional and caring person, all the time he was doing his best to offer us the best service.
