The property was very modern
The property was difficult to find
Parking was available, but there was a charge that was not disclosed at booking.
A/C was difficult to work, pillows were HORRIBLE, and refrigerator in room was tiny it could only hold 2 bottles of water and no coffee maker available in room.

The room was really nice. Each room is painted according to a film. We got Alice and Wonderland, and the murals in the room were amazing. In *******, it mentioned that there was a bar and breakfast available, but we saw neither. The rooftop terrace was under construction, but the room had a balcony which was nice.

Lovely place to stay. Good location close to everything. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful. They went that extra mile to help us get the ferry to Calabria by bringing us to the port assisting us with getting the tickets. Would definitely recommend this place.

bellissima l idea delle stanze a tema dei capoalavori del cienma mondiale... ho alloaggiato nella suite ed è veramente una stanza ( appartamento di circa 100 mq ) elegante con tutti i confort... se non ci fosse stato un problema che ho notato xche forse troppo attento alla pulizia... avrei dato un giudizio nettamente superiore anche 5 stelle , perche ripeto la stanza è davvero top... ma devo dire che appena ho avvisato la reception dell problematica si è intevenuti in tempi record per il ripristino della stanza ... il mio giudizio è sufficiente nonostante tutto... da parte della struttura visto che non c erano altre stanze liberee mi apettavo un declassamento in automatico ma questo non è avvenuto ... cmq se ritonro a messina è un albergo dove ritornerei volentieri

Ho pianificato un bellissimo weekend a Messina da amici con visita ai Bronzi di Riace in giornata pranzo a Scilla in un luogo incantato che sarebbe piaciuto al commissario Montalbano e trekking a Scordia alla ricerca del tempio Brikinnia...ed ho soggiornota in questo meraviglioso hotel nella camera dedicata al film il Gattopardo una favola di ricercatezza ed eleganza.Servizio di pulizia impeccabile, silenzioso e fascinosissimo.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per due notti a Messina. Apparentemente molto carino la stanza datami (201) era piccola e poco pratica nessuno spazio per vestiti se non poche stampelle e nessuno spazio in bagno con il naso appiccicato al lavandino. Lamentatosi in reception mi hanno detto che l’hotel era pieno e non c’erano altre camere. Anche la colazione è difficoltosa volendo a pagamento la portano in camera ma non garantiscono orario inoltre il primo giorno mj hanno portato il caffè dopo ed il secondo non me lo hanno portato. Al check-out mj hanno assicurato che la prossima volta mj tratteranno meglio. Ma non ci sarà una prossima volta, come detto loro, perché il cliente va trattato bene subito non la prossima volta. Se possibile da scegliere altro hotel

Ho soggiornato la scorsa settimana per lavoro nella loro stanza di Alice nel paese delle meraviglie...e lo era davvero! Dopo aver attraversato un'anticamera con cineprese e il corridoio con bobine sulle pareti,sono entrata nella mia camera e nel sogno. Non era la gioia di entrare in una favola,ma la meraviglia di godere del senso della storia. Per chi non la ricorda è disponibile il libro. Personale cordialissimo ed efficiente,non appena ho chiesto qualcosa mi è stato portato. Nella stanza si sentiva il profumo del pulito (non del detersivo) che, per una persona allergica come me, è fondamentale! letto molto comodo. Ci tornerò!
