The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Check-in is a little troublesome. It is in the unit next to a Chinese restaurant. Ring the doorbell and ask the front desk to pick you up. There are kitchen utensils available and the bathroom is relatively simple.

本以為是酒店結果是民宿，但服務和設施各項都不比酒店差，值得推薦一下。房間面積適中，給了個三人間。距離火車站（威尼斯Mestre）很近，衹隔一條街，晚上還挺安靜的。廚房和廚具均可使用，微波爐及一個大冰箱，方便得很。唯一的缺點就是沒有電梯。退房後要存行李也是要先跟業主確認的。總體來説還是值得推薦的。

Our stay was very good. The owner was very kind and willing to help on anything. The apartment was very clean, and there was a communal kitchen with all equipment available and also very clean. We could also use a communal living room which was not crowded at all, plus there was an office available for use with computer.

Good place to stay. Nice, clean room and good location. Shops and restaurants nearby. 1.5 km away is the more pleasant area of Mestre, with lots of bars, restaurants, etc.
The only minus is that you have to call the host from the spot, and there was no announcement about this anywhere. So check that you can call from your phone.

The cleanliness and the location are perfect. One block from Mestre station. Silent, the first-class bathroom renovated, all new, very good. The reception service was fast, we sent a message letting us know we were there and they immediately showed up. I would return without hesitation.

The bed is very good, but the shower had no pressure. Water barely ran through the shower head. Ann can't wash a girl's hair there.

The location of the hotel near the railway line is a plus. The place was clean and the cleaning service came every day. The room was small, but quite sufficient for a mother and an adult son. The location is quiet, noise was heard only from time to time from the next room.
