Human Open air, Open mind properties in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

My stay at this hotel was average. The location was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, but the facilities felt basic and could use some improvement. Breakfast was okay, though the variety was limited. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there is room for improvement.

We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

Bellissimo villaggio con 2 piscine. Moduli casette nuovi e molto funzionali, camera matrimoniale con piccolo bagno, camera per bambini con castello più singolo, bagno con doccia, cucina super attrezzata. Un po' decentrato, preso con offerta prezzo ottimo
