"The room’s location is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The decor materials are high-end. The only issue is during breakfast—you need to be cautious as they mix included breakfast items with paid ones. If you’re not careful, you might order a paid item by mistake. They don’t explain this upfront. We complained, and we heard five other tourists from the US also complaining about unfair charges. Even though breakfast was included, who would know a large fruit platter costs extra while a small one doesn’t? When we raised this with the front desk, a slightly overweight young woman had a very poor attitude."

"The location is undeniably good, just a breeze from the termini. Just be mindful of guys approaching you to help with the luggage at the termini, they kept insisting they’re station staff etc and it didn’t feel safe. Room is good on the whole but I would like to comment about the reception, it was below expectations for all our encounters at the reception, with 2 notable occasions to call out: 1) There was a queue (of 3-4 groups) when we arrived to leave our luggage however the staff was not bothered to open a new counter although we saw 3 ladies walking up and down the reception. It took us like 15-20 mins to leave our luggage, after a second counter was set up. 2) There was just one group ahead of us when we wanted to collect our luggage. They were talking about the room slippers for ~20 mins. The receptionist could have paused their conversation to attend to us over a small matter (room slippers)."

And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day."

"Our stay at the hotel this year was wonderful again, and the Kids Club program has noticeably improved. A big shoutout to Marina, who brings such warmth and dedication to the Kids Club. She was a true asset, especially also with the adult fitness activities like Pilates and Aqua Gym. It was a pleasure getting to know her! One small suggestion: Due to a lack of staff, the children often stay indoors at the mini club instead of being active outside. For next year, we would love to see more outdoor activities for the kids and think splitting into two age groups would be ideal. Another highlight was, as always, the lovely Dori, the heart and soul of the hotel, who takes such great care of the guests on the beach. Special greetings also to the lovely hotel director Alessandro. We’re already looking forward to next year and will definitely be back!"

"Great location and a very well kept, clean and tidy place. The AC and hot water worked perfectly fine. Only 15 minutes from bus station. They also offer a shuttle service to Venice at a very reasonable price. The only disappointment was closed pool that they said would open end of June and WiFi connection was a bit slow. Other than that everything was fine. If you want a relaxed family holidays Hu Venezia is perfect place for you."

"What a lovely hotel this was. Very modern and immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. On a very quiet strech of lovely beach. We had a junior suite which had a large and very private terrace with hot-tub. Electronic shutters kept the light out and guaranteed a great sleep! Very comfortable bed & pillows. Fridge big enough to put your own drinks in. We ate at both on-site restaurants - Restaurant Sabbioni within the hotel and the Restaurant Pizzeria Hosteria at the Baia Camping Village next door and all the food was absolutely delicious. Staff were all fantastic. Would undoubtedly return!"

"HOTEL GARTENSEA CAORLE Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Familienurlaub in Caorle verbracht. Die Hotelwahl fiel auf das GARDENSEA, wie sich herausstellte: eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Hotelbesitzern begrüßt. Die gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, hervorragend modern ausgestattet und - für Ästeten interessant- Böden, Wände und Möblierung waren farblich optimal abgestimmt. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig (die große Dusche: sehr wohltuend). Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück kann bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse vor dem Pool eingenommen werden: das Angebot an Speisen und Getränke lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Das Bedienungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und flink. Abends wird das Abendessen im Restaurant eingenommen. Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, eine Reise durch alle guten Weingegenden Italiens. Die Küche als sehr gut zu bezeichnen wäre nicht angemessen, sie ist vorzüglich. Das Salatbüffet ist reichlich ausgestattet. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön, mit einem großen Pool, Kinderbecken und Whirlpool (siehe Bilder) in eine grüne Umgebung eingebettet und täglich sorgfältig gepflegt. Snacks und Getränke werden auf Wunsch am Pool serviert. Ein Fitnessraum, gut ausgestattet ist vorhanden, den SPA Bereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, da er von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde. Es stehen Fahrräder bereit, die kostenlos ausgeliehen werden können, damit kann man bequem zum Ortszentrum fahren oder Ausflüge (sehr zu empfehlen) im Lagunenbereich unternehmen. Interessant für E-PKW Fahrer, eine Ladesäule ist vorhanden und wir konnten bei der Ankunft und vor der Abfahrt die Batterie vollladen. Fazit: wir sind zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal."

"The Lino delle Fate Eco Village Resort is an exclusive resort near a natural park. The structure consists of recent rooms and bungalows, pleasantly furnished. The environment and location are suitable for the expense, with well-kept greenery, a splendid swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds with sand, and an anti-mosquito system that limits the invasion of insects in the area. Let's move on to the negative things: The breakfast is bad due to its mediocre quality (it is not acceptable to have the sub-Marche Nutella, cappuccinos and coffees made with the vending machine, terrible croissants) The restaurant is all self-service - not consistent for such a 4-star hotel shopping - at times oriented exclusively to German and Austrian tourism (6.30-8.30pm) and every evening the buffet at 8pm is not replaced in the slightest with new courses. The entertainment services are really poor in terms of type (only 1 water aerobics attendant for adults and 4 mini clubs with the end of the service at 8.30pm) - not to mention the baby dance (1 cash register with a mobile phone which often stopped due to calls received by the head animator) or the activities that are made to the children 80% foreign - 20% Italian Disappointing for the cost requested and recommended exclusively for retirement home use"
