Novotel Metz Centre

Such a great location, the pool was an amazing bonus. The car parking was easy to use. The state of the rooms weren’t great and could be improved on. Our toilet blocked, which blocked the sink and shower!! There was no view only and rundown shopping centre. But apart from the downs the stay was great, alkng with a hearty breakfast. Would stay again as the pool was the highlight….

The hotel is in a great location . Ample and easy access to parking . Rooms are spacious and clean. However , the air conditioning is almost non existent in the room . I approached the front desk with the issue and the reception was kind to let me change to another room , however the rooms are all the same with little air conditioning as it’s been adjusted centrally . It was an uncomfortable stay . This is the 5th hotel that we have stayed now in our 3 weeks Europe trip and by far the worst in air condition . Even when we were in Venice a couple of days ago with the extreme heatwave , the room was nicely cool. A pity , as other than this , it’s a nice hotel .

Old room problematical sink at wash stand . Not to 4 star standards!

Centrally located in Old.town Merz, and walk to all places.

Location is perfect, directly on mall and short walk to city center. Parking is underground.
