Excellent Property, Warm Hospitality, Great Food- These things comes to my mind when I describe ITC Grand Bharat. Special Thanks to Chef Dipankar Basu who with a smile on his face came to us and took care of the minutest things when it comes to food. Resturant Manager and the overall staff adds warmth to the overall food due to the way that they serve it. Kudos to house Keeping Staff who is always on the Toes to give comfort to the Guest. Kaya Kalp Team- Again a must as they have best therapists who can do wonders when it comes to therapy. A must visit property for enriching experience including Aarti in the evening. Will be visiting in future for sure!!! Thank you ITC Team for taking care of us like a family!!!
