The Eis House

A surprising experience when viewed from the road until I opened the doors to the bar/office. Warmly greeted and checked in by the Manager "Chrissie" who then sorted my wifi connection difficulties. The room and facilities were excellent together with the evening meal

The place was filthy! Dead flies on windowsills, furniture didn’t match and looked like it was picked up from garage sales, only one light in entire room. No soap provided in the bathroom. Great view but no chairs on the deck. I found some and had to clean them off. Will never stay there again! Sad part is the bar and restaurant were good.

When we arrived, they had said that my original room had to be booked out and they provided me a new room

bugs in linens for sofa bed…hard to tell if sheets had been cleaned or not. Bathroom ran out of hot water.

I stayed one night in Room2. It was well kept, nice and clean. A little bit worn, could use a refresh, but it was what I expected for about $100. I got a great night's sleep because it was really QUIET, which I appreciated. Live music from the bar was not at all an issue. The highlight for me was the shower head. Big with lots of pressure, and HOT. Overall a well deserved 4 star.

Overall everything was fine. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Carpet needs replaced it's in poor condition. Restaurant wait staff really slow. The food was good

We have been staying here for 3 years now. This place is amazing. Always clean and bonus bar restaurant on site. 10/10 every time. Will continue to stay here.

Bar/restaurant on site. Quiet well kept rooms for lodging. My 3rd year staying here. Will not stay anywhere else!

I don’t even know where to begin. The day of my check in I called the bar to make sure I was able to check into my room at 9pm. (Or I would have checked in around 3pm) the answer I received was “oh yeah we are a bar we will be open until 2am… just come up to the bar and we will give you your code”. She also verified my room number while on the phone. Fast forward to 9pm… I pull in and the entire place was SHUT DOWN. I had absolutely no way to get into my room. I called several times and left a message. I still have NEVERRRR received a call back from the Eis House. Luckily enough… I was able to check into my room because the codes on the doors to the rooms are one number off from the units. How safe!!!! When I entered the room the smoke detector was between the wall and the mini fridge, the wires were loose and hanging from the ceiling. I wiped off the surfaces in the room and the wipe was a black outline of my hand. The water pressure was close to zero. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not worth it. In any way shape or form. Worst experience ever.
