The staff kindly responded when I was in trouble. I was really grateful. It was good that the coffee machine was always free.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, hot water was available 24 hours a day, and there was an ice machine. We left the hotel halfway and could store our luggage. It was 15 minutes walk to Walmart and there was a big supermarket across the street. The service staff were very friendly. I would stay again.

It's one of those ”not too pricey” hotel near SFO airport but definitely the best value for money pick. The place is not congested with many good food choices nearby. The room is tip-top clean and service is very personal. They have a very cosy lobby at level 2 with ceiling glass roof and that's really cool.

The room is relatively new and spacious. The bathroom is relatively simple and the towels are of poor quality. The most unacceptable thing is the pillow. I have never slept in something so uncomfortable! The service staff are very nice and enthusiastic. The breakfast included in the hotel is basically nothing except fruit and cheese. You still need to buy eggs and toast yourself. I booked it purely for a business trip and the price was acceptable during the exhibition.

Acceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

Fantastic Location in Mexico City – Heart of San Ángel & Insurgentes One of the best locations to stay in Mexico City—especially if you’re visiting the vibrant areas of San Ángel and Insurgentes. You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily. Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just outside, connecting you to both the north and south of the city. The UNAM (Mexican National University), the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy are all nearby—there’s just so much around. The hotel itself offers great service, cozy rooms, and an amazing staff. They even provide free shuttles, and the driver, Alberto, is fantastic—friendly and super helpful. Bonus tip: there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs with a buy-one-get-one pizza deal on Tuesdays. Don’t miss it! Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.

La habitación muy bien, el staff no me indicó que el horario de desayuno era de 6-9 am de lunes a viernes así que bajé 9:22 y ya no alcancé nada 😑 porque estaban recogiendo. Si llevas auto y llegan en la noche tipo 7-8 es casi imposible conseguir un lugar en el estacionamiento. Por lo demás el hotel es limpio y me gustó la habitación que es como un loft
