It is an apartment in a private residential building! The doorman did not have the authorization from the property manager! After several attends he was able to communicate with property, who i also dialed several times! When i arrived atvthe apartment, there was NO electricity! I came down to the door man and he informed me that it was cut off by electric company few months a go! This property should be removed from *******!
