Location was very good . The reception staff Mariana is an amazing girl. She was very helpful and gave us very good informations . We enjoyed the stay . Was close to good restaurants and shopping area

The staff was always professional, helpful, and attentive in every interaction. The room was fully equipped, and the shower on the third floor had good pressure. I highly recommend this space. Thank you so much.

Don't come. The room has no air conditioning, it's stuffy and hot. You can never find anyone to help you with hotel services. There is no cleaning service. The sheets and internal facilities don't look very clean. I don't know why such a hotel can be listed on the agency.

Extremely noisy, we asked the property to change our stay to another location they own and they refused. They supplied ear plugs to sleep and when we decided to just leave and not stay they refused to give our money back. I wouldn’t stay at any of their properties if I were you. Stick to American Companies.

Flor the staff working at the front is very rude and disrespectful. She was mad that she had to do her job and check in our luggage even though we were very polite to her. She is unprofessional and is not a nice person at all. She gave us dirty looks and spoke very rudely. I am very unhappy with my experience staying here because of her. She made us uncomfortable and disliked being here. I liked my room and the other staff, but she was just not someone that should be customer facing.
