My second time staying in this stunning hotel/ old palace !
I opted for the cheaper single room this time which was also so great for the price
Super comfortable beds and soft cotton sheets
The staff are so helpful too
Such good value and definitely my go to spot in Mexico City
Buenavista is a great neighbourhood too 👌

The people there speak little to no english, but I just used a translator instead and had a great experience. They were very kind in all ways, they even let me keep my luggage at their place after check out. For the location, it's a safe neighborhood with food, park and grocery stores nearby. If you want to visit Roma, just take a uber which costs like 120 pesos. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Booked for three weeks but had to leave early for an urgent family matter, nice hotel, was surprised to find they only cleaned the rooms once per week. No A/C, fan is provided. Ongoing roadworks on the street in front, should be completed by now. Access to the kitchen and laundry is appreciated.

Even though I made a reservation, when I visited on the day, the room was full and I couldn't get in, which was the worst. Everyone, please be careful.

You don't need to worry about living or sightseeing at all. There's a small supermarket near the guesthouse, so it's very convenient to buy toiletries and emergency medicines if needed, and the prices are almost 30% cheaper than market prices. The nearby municipal park is also quite nice.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is very convenient, close to all the places to go and eat. The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, making it very quiet at night so I slept soundly. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were complete and clean. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient; they responded quickly to any requests. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were always smiling and helpful, making my five-night stay very enjoyable.
I especially loved the patio on the second floor.
I thought it would have been nice if they had given me a key to the entrance door so I could come and go more freely, but they always greeted me with a smile and opened the door for me, so it wasn't inconvenient at all.
The location was also great, with easy access to two subway lines, trains, and buses, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
