We had a great stay at the Four Seasons of Mexico. Charming hotel with great staff and most helpful concierge. Special thanks to the manager Emma Vicini who made our stay so pleasant with her attention to detail and constant follow up. We loved every minute and look forward to a future stay at this hotel.

I came here to celebrate my anniversary after years of staying here for business. The staff are incredible, the food outstanding and the courtyard a magical oasis. One of my favorite hotels in the world.

Exceeded every expectation! Beautiful property, kind, polite staff and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, every need was met and the food was just perfect. Location was wonderful and staying as a guest here so close to Chris**as was also very special with the decorations and temporary ice rink. I cannot wait to return to the FS Ciudad Mexico again soon. Muchas gracias!

Wonderful stay. The only negative was that the upholstered chair in the room needed cleaning, and there was a large red stain on the rug. Otherwise it was lovely.

The courtyard with the beautiful flowering trees was so lovely!
I stayed on the third floor and each time coming out of the elevator there was a wonderful floral scent. Not sure from where the scent comes but added to the ambiance of hotel.
The girls working the Pan Dulce were delightful!
