Great value for the price! The room was clean and spacious, and its location right by the plaza was super convenient for a stroll. The amenities were all there; I just had to call housekeeping for toothpaste and slippers, but their service was prompt and excellent. Breakfast was decent, though I'm personally not a big fan of Mexican cuisine.

The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.
