Camino Real has a good location with great service. The facilities are great but are a little dated, which gives an appearance of not being as clean.

Our staying in this hotel was awesome fantastic! Top and outstanding quality. Special thanks to mr Jesus at the Lounge for breakfast. He was son king and helpful. We sincerely recommend this great hotel Camino Real

Hotel is at good location but rooms are old. We found hair of old guests in the shower. The water they leave is very small. It's very old style hotel. Good for one or two nights surviving in the city. Location is pretty good tho.

Nice hotel in a good location in the city of Mexico. Would recommend staying here to be able to relax and visit all main locations

Room service not up to the par

The hotel is a modern architectural masterpiece built in 1968. I chose it because the Miss Universe pageant was held here 20 years ago, and I'd always wanted to visit. The hotel is truly beautiful. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the wide, long corridors, which were a bit old and dimly lit. However, the rooms were fantastic; the furniture and bedding were all high-quality.

It cost around 200-300 pesos to get there by Uber from Mexico City Airport. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design that's a joy to look at from the entrance, and you can enjoy the experience both on the way to the lobby and inside the hotel. The room was far away and a bit of a trek, but it was large and clean. Unfortunately, the shower was the fixed type without a hose, which is common in Central America. We had planned to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was expensive, so we bought tacos and other items from a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel boasts a bold color scheme and excellent service. The bellhops, mostly older staff, are warm and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the area is very safe. A short walk to the right from the hotel leads to the bustling Reform Avenue, lined with stylish restaurants, shops, and trendy, green spaces – a truly beautiful sight.

Everything was great, it was a pleasant experience, I would definitely return.

They refused to give me a refund when I made the wrong reservation.

Camino Real is always so cool and high-end, and never disappoints. Coinciding with the Day of the Dead, the elaborate scenery makes people feel like they are there, relaxed and happy. The wave pool at the entrance also has various surprises.

Aside from the lack of a kettle, everything else was fine.
