My room was very small with no balcony. The lobby is very small and one of the lift was not working.

Its good

The room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location. Please fix the elevator and make sure the wifi doesn't drop out every 5 minutes, it's impossible to work.
