A very worthwhile stay! It's quaint and the service is excellent 👍. The water pressure is amazing, every shower felt like a spa treatment! The location is also fantastic! After a day of exploring, we could easily walk to Korean, Japanese, and even a delicious Chinese restaurant.

This is not a 5 star hotel for sure. No 5 star amenities at all. They don't even give complimentary water bottles, dental kit, in room coffee. They ask money even for dental kit. Rooms are big but they are old outdated. Shower didn't work properly and they didn't repair at all. We have stayed 6 nights and the amenities are zero. Nowhere like a 5 star hotel. Thishotel is just show off with the building and reception photos. Nothing else in the room. This hotel is too expensive for this price and amenities. 100% not worth the money. Don't look at the photos and book this hotel then you will be dissatisfied. There are many other better hotels around this area. This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 rating according to us for the money we paid and the services we received. Only plus about this hotel is location and there is La Casa De Toño restaurant just opposite to this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with so much character. It’s an older property, but that’s part of its charm — it has a unique, cool atmosphere and is located in one of the best neighborhoods, with plenty of things to see, explore, and enjoy nearby. We were three girls traveling together and felt very safe throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

A historic, century-old hotel with somewhat outdated facilities, but it possesses great character. The lobby features a museum-like exhibition area with various themed displays, and the guest room area even retains a very old-fashioned elevator for guests to observe. The service is excellent and polite, and housekeeping is prompt.

Ideal location in Roma. Walked to most locations during my short stay. The breakfast was great and the ambience was beautiful. Loved the history of the hotel and enjoyed the old times classy vibe!

The room was a bit old, which is acceptable. The soundproofing was so-so, and the shower head was fixed. What I couldn't accept was only getting one bottle of water for several days' stay. Breakfast was mediocre.
