The hotel is nice and it is attached to a gym. This gym is almost like a gym you would pay for. The pool is nice, but it is mostly used for swimming laps. The men's locker room even has a steam room.
In the hotel, my cleaner was very nice and cleaned my room very well. She was even a fan of kpop like me and she left me a cute note.
The hotel is even near local bus lines and metro stops.

整個大廈是不通一點風的，在這種環境下酒店竟然在刮膩子，刷油漆，整個一層瀰漫油漆和刮膩子的粉塵味道，跟慢性**一樣。

非常糟糕的服務。住了四個晚上，空調壞了兩個晚上。重點是這個酒店是無窗無通風的房型，密封窗對着的是對面的房間的密封窗&和走廊，完全沒有私隱可言，陽光全靠兩排房間中間的狹窄天井，沒有空調通風壓根連新鮮空氣都沒有…… 第一晚空調壞了電話前台，晚上值班的英語不行，三個人悶了一晚覺，第二天一早去前台溝通，完全沒有解決方案，就讓我們搬房間。我們已經在外旅遊20天了，三大箱行李實在不想打包，就説儘量修好，實在修不好提供個風扇。結果晚上回到房間，發現提供的是工業風扇，聲音和風力都是不可能在房間裏使用的……空調也沒修好。再電話前台説明我們是最後一晚，能不能提供一個房間睡覺，明早我們再回來收拾行李退房。酒店死活不答應，説一組客人不能佔兩個房間，且經理不在（早上出去溝通的時候説修不好會彙報經理），然後就是再也不接電話了！！！怎麼打給前台都不接！！！有人，就是不接電話！！！讓攜程幫忙溝通，攜程表示也聯繫不上酒店，呵呵，然後攜程表示退最後一晚房費，其他讓我們自己和前台溝通解決。房間實在太悶，硬着頭皮收拾行李到十二點，直接下去前台溝通（依然拒絕接電話，但下去就是有人，質問為怎麼不接電話就裝聽不懂英語不回覆），前台重新開了個房間，我們説行李很多你們派人來幫我們搬行李吧，我們都收拾好了，此時前台表示沒人了，可以讓我們明天再回房取行李！！！壓根前台就是有權限，早這麼解決我們也就接受了，不至於來回溝通一晚上？？？第二天退房對於空調壞了兩晚也沒有主動提出任何補償，直到我們説小孩的早餐至少要免掉吧，他們才表示可以。然後酒店早餐非常難吃，除了果汁。地理位置除了近圖書館都不是很方便，建議要麼住在老區要麼住在roma區，至少有一個區的集中景點步行可至！！還有，酒店的蓮蓬頭堵塞嚴重，洗澡水四散，洗個澡洗個頭需要身體自己去找水，水流超小，半天才能把整頭或全身沖乾淨。最後總結：酒店硬件已經不怎麼樣，服務過於垃圾，有問題時前台會故意不接電話！！！

前台服務很不好Iridian，另外房間不打掃可以理解，但是水都不給補充，還有定的超大床房64平米的實際衹給了一個
30平左右的房間，問前台告知沒有了。
加床付費投訴了之後，所謂的總經理Lizeth 衹是很輕描淡寫的給加了床，根本不在乎顧客浪費了多少時間和精力溝通，完全沒有同理心意識。
