Hotel Zocalo Central

A gorgeous hotel! The common areas and rooms have a very beautiful design. The view from the restaurant terrace overlooking the cathedral, especially with the beautiful evening lighting, is stunning. The bed is good, comfortable for sleeping, with plenty of pillows. The room is clean and pleasant. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I really liked that there's a 24-hour bar with drinks and snacks on the ground floor. The apple salad is divine - highly recommend it! You can take very beautiful photos in every corner of the hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center; you can go for a walk immediately outside the doors. There's a square, a cathedral, ruins, and much more nearby. Every staff member deserves a special thank you for their invaluable help to me as a tourist and guest of the hotel and the country. They helped me immensely in a difficult situation. Breakfast is very modest for such a hotel. One downside is that the cleaning staff are very noisy in the hallway; I could hear them and my neighbors quite distinctly. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport. My highest recommendation!

The room was small but clean, and the service was good. The breakfast area was nice and the food was delicious; even local friends said it was tasty. Just don't use the hotel's laundry service – it's expensive and not good.

Highly recommend this hotel after a two-night stay! The breakfast restaurant upstairs overlooks Constitution Square, and the dinner service is always busy. The hotel staff are professionally trained and provide excellent service. There's unlimited complimentary drinking water, and the lobby offers free, endless drinks, pizza, milk, and fruit – enough to cover two meals for those with smaller appetites! The room size is just right, the mattress is comfortable and large enough for a family of 3-4 people. The bathroom is very well maintained. It's an older hotel, but its quality is definitely online thanks to excellent upkeep. The breakfast, which is quite Western-style, was the same both days I was there. Booking in advance offers a slightly better value for money, so I definitely recommend it!

I've wanted to stay here for years, but there were never any vacancies. Now I've managed to get one and I loved it. It's a shame I only stayed one night… Congratulations to everyone for the excellent work!! We will always come back – making a reservation in advance, haha.
